A Regan Reilly Mystery / Chapter Three Summary.Jack reached his office / Jack is a cop / when he go to the office he realized that there was a blakout in the city / he called regan no answer / he rushed home to Regan / Regan at the loft got locked on the roof by an intruder / Jack got to the loft and bumped into a neighboor who said there was a trespasser / he went up to the loft and unlocked Regan from the roof / she asked where the Chinese food was.
