Jo Luc: Dorchester, Ma, United States; cooked wing dings and mixed vegetables. beef brooth was used to boil the wing dings for about 30 mins then i put in a can of mixed vegetables and boiled for about 15 mins i made white rice in the microwave rice cooker. i put in three cups of rice and three cups of chicken broooth and one cup of water then cooked for twenty min in the microwave. i ate a plate. it was good.
